My name is Brandy Besler.  I am the owner of FUEL Fitness & Nutrition.  I found my love for fitness with my husband in our basement doing fitness videos. With three active boys this became "OUR" time together.  I started attending classes with a friend to add a little to my regime and was asked to come and teach. I became a certified Group Fitness Instructor.  From there I took more courses and became certified in Personal Training, Nutrition as well as Life Coaching.  My husband and I decided to seek out a trainer to take our fitness to the next level.  However we didn't even know what the next level was.  I started training with my trainer in July 2013 and by September my trainer had me convinced to compete in MABBA.  I stepped on stage in March of 2014 and placed 1st in Women's Bodybuilding as well as 1st place in Masters.  I also won Best Poser.  I continued on my bodybuilding journey and placed 1st in Women's Bodybuilding, Masters and Best Poser at Provincials in May being awarded MS. Manitoba 2014!  I decided it was time to go out on my own and run my own business so I started FUEL Fitness & Nutrition.  Now I get to spend my days encouraging, motivating and watching people succeed and for me that's what its all about ~ watching people become the best of themselves!

My name is Jaret Besler.  I am a father of three boys, and share with my wife a passion for helping people and for fitness.  I am a certified personal trainer.  I enjoy helping others achieve their goals and understand the challenges of juggling a full time job, being a father, a husband and staying fit and healthy.  I am here to help you be the best version of yourself!

Hi, my name is Kelly! I moved to Canada 16 years ago from the United Kingdom. I am a mum of two boys and a farmers wife. With a full time job as commercial Insurance Broker my "me" time is when I ride. It allows me to let go and become the best version of myself, I love it even more when I have a group join me!  I welcome you to sign up for a great indoor cycling class with a fabulous atmosphere and awesome music! Lets Ride!!!!

Hi, my name is Cindy and I am a certified Yoga Instructor that uses meditation to help you achieve your overall wellness during your beginner yoga class. I've studied Cognitive Reflex Conditioning and am an Advanced Certified Wellness Coach that includes my certification in Applied Counselling, Reiki Master and Theta Healing. I've been a yogi for over 15 years after the passing of my brother on 2019 I decided to take my teacher training through Serene Yoga in Winnipeg. I've been on my own wellness journey since 2012 and enjoy helping others achieve their goals through yoga and meditation. I look forward to seeing you in class and walking with you through your path to self-love and self-awareness. Namaste

Hi, I'm Ashley! I am a registered Yoga Instructor and Certified Reiki Practitioner.  I completed my firth Hatha Yoga teacher training in Kalimpong, India and second teacher training at Yoga Centre Winnipeg.  I have experience leading classes in a variety of settings and advocating for having yoga be seen as a practice available and accessible to every person. 
I weave in elements of mind, body and spirit, bringing a holistic approach to each class. I always look forward meeting others on the mat and am motivated to provide a balanced, supportive, empowering class for all.
Off the mat I am an animal lover with a new puppy at home, I love spending time outdoors (especially in the garden), and I'm a firm believer that you can never have to many books.
